Koven said it before—but this time, she means it.
Koven first stepped into Team Vision Dojo by making an impact, brutally laying out Cayotair before crossing paths with Chasyn. The two clashed repeatedly, and while Koven made it clear she wants to become a professional wrestler, this series proves a hard truth: it takes more than watching the product and training in Muay Thai.
This marks Day 1 of a brand-new training series between Koven and Chasyn.
Before the bell ever rang, the two had already put in nearly an hour and a half of work, including the opening promo where Koven officially introduces herself to the wrestling world. From there, Chasyn breaks down the fundamentals—starting with basic rolls, then escalating to a handstand into a roll. Koven attempts the drill herself, with Chasyn guiding and correcting along the way.
When it’s time to wrestle, the pace changes.
Chasyn continues to teach—but he’s also testing Koven’s conditioning. She’s allowed to work, getting hands-on experience by applying moves directly to Chasyn as they drill headlocks, waistlocks, top wristlocks, schoolboy pins, front facelock takedowns, guillotine chokes, and a series of counters designed to challenge timing and instincts. The two trade control repeatedly, using the drills to mess with each other and push the pace higher.
By the end, the lesson becomes clear.
Chasyn takes over, rag-dolling Koven across the mat and pinning her decisively as her body finally gives out. Completely exhausted and barely able to move, Koven can do nothing but crawl away—spent, humbled, but smiling.
Day 1 is in the books.
Chasyn is already ready for Training Day 2—and soon enough, Koven will be too.
