Amber Nova comes in and cutely says hello but says she's going to the beach. Amber is in her one piece and wants to swim. Chasyn is not happy. Amber seems to get a bit snippy at Chasyn but dials it back as Chasyn approaches her on the floor. Chasyn seems to agree that Amber can go and after a handshake, he let her know she's training. Grabs Amber by the throat and lifts her over his head and tosses her into the ring. Amber takes off only to be gorilla pressed back in the ring as Chasyn insists on training. After some wrestling back and forth, Chasyn takes over quite a bit. Getting Amber in a standing rocking horse as she begs to be put down before she realizes being put down with hurt. Amber is able to secure a flying octopus but it doesn't keep Chasyn long as he's able to fight out of it and catch Amber from attempting a flying cross body. Chasyn says he's going to give her the Scott Hall special and ends up on the receiving end of the fall away slam aka Sack of Shit. Amber keeps trying to get away but Chasyn keeps getting her and plays with her, spinning her, and giving her another fall away slam. Chasyn talks about giving Amber one of these into the ocean before he starts gorilla pressing Amber over his head multiple times. Chasyn also spins her in the gorilla press before dropping her and setting her up for another military press but this time into a tombstone piledriver attempt that Amber is able to counter with a stunner but it doesn't totally stop Chasyn. Amber in her sexy one piece is showing off the goods as she climbs the top rope just to receive another gorilla press and get places on another turnbuckle. Chasyn lifts her in a Canadian backbreaker into the middle of the ring as Amber asks to be put down. Amber attempts a double leg that's thwarted and Chasyn picks up Amber for another big press. A couple teased fall away slams finally leads to a tombstone pile driver Amber was not expecting and her neck and head is feeling it. Chasyn kneels over his fallen beach babe but after a moment, she tries to attack. This pisses off Chasyn and grabs Amber for another gorilla press into a slam as he leaves her lying in pain in the ring slightly adjusting her bathing suit while trying to take care of her head and neck. Amber won't think about missing a practice again for a day at the beach.
